The whole route

Ieronimus is an ascent to the towers of the Cathedral of Salamanca: La Torre Mocha and the Torre de Campanas. A privileged place to see the city of Salamanca and discover the Cathedral from a different angle.

From the height you will be able to see the temples of Santa María de la Sede –what is called the Old Cathedral– from the Alcaide’s Room, and Our Lady of the Assumption –the New Cathedral– from its balustrade.

The tour allows you to walk on the roofs of the cathedral. Through a walkway located between the two temples, you can almost caress the Torre del Gallo.

The ascent is made inside the cathedral through passageways and stairs of short sections.

It has several rooms with rest areas, information, audiovisuals and showcases with objects and documents from the cathedral archive.

The ascent to Ieronimus is a unique experience. A different way to enjoy the heritage of Salamanca.

An ascension from earth to heaven!
